• Total job vacancies in August 2010 were 178,700, an increase of 4.4% from May 2010.
• The number of job vacancies in the private sector was 162,000 in August 2010, an increase of 4.7% from May 2010.
• The number of job vacancies in the public sector was 16,700 in August 2010, an increase of 1.0% from May 2010.
